Sherwood Landing Aka Chanin Landing

Lived here 2 years ago. Gloria the original property manager was great. Had no issues. Then they turned the maintenance guy into the property manager and everything fell to pieces. Rent payments went missing. Things is apartments got moved (claimed he never entered the apartment), told us no grills where allowed however, we were the only ones who were no allowed to have a grill. More than 5 other people had them and were told they were allowed. We went out of state for a few weeks for a family emergency and came back and our cat was gone. Claimed it had no food, water and no litter box. walked into the apartment, it has 2 food dishes with food, 2 water dishes with water and a litter box in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. Our neighbor had been watching him for us. Moved out and they claimed we destroyed with carpet with cat urine. Our cat was so picky, he would pee in the litter box twice without it being changed, why the hell would he pick on the carpet a bunch of times?? Stay away!
