Down Cycles

Down Cycles is an absolute top-shelf bike shop. AJ, the owner, is professional, knowledgable, and exceedingly helpful. I've purchased many bikes over the years, and he takes the cake as the best mechanic and bike consigliere I've ever known. Road, mountain, enduro, fat-bikes -- he does it all! I bought my Yeti from him and and has provided outstanding service on that bike. He built that thing to be an absolute trail-slaying demon! Despite his skill with high-end super bikes, AJ is no bike snob. His shop is constantly doing service on old bikes, and he takes pride in getting those steel beauties back up and running. Go see him for the big and the small. I live in CT and I make the trek to Westchester -- not super convenient but very much worth it considering the level of service and selection you get at such a great shop.
