I found the personnel to be most pleasant. My experience after the sale was even more remarkable. Having purchased a couple baby gifts, I noticed a small flaw in one of the gifts; I called to ask if I could return it for replacement in 6 weeks, when I would be traveling through. Lee's, instead, mailed me a replacement along with prepaid postage to return the other, so that I would not need to delay in giving the gift. Outstanding customer service! Thank you, Lee's!
