One of my worst experiences with a vendor! Hired through Amazon to assemble a basketball hoop for my son for his birthday; given 3-hour window of time on date - NO SHOW with no call, no communication. Tried to give them benefit of doubt and rescheduled. Again a 3-hour window; NO SHOW very intentionally this time as Amazon cannot contact them (will not pick up their phone) and they cancelled our order online without notification. My son is the one that was disappointed the most with this experience. Nice going Dustbusters. It's just wrong.
