Barnes & Noble at Monroe College

Very poor customer service. I stood at the checkout counter with my nieces for twenty minutes without a single person popping by. I asked the cafe if they would check me out - they said yes and then proceeded to ignore me. I went back to customer service and had to wait in line for three more customers to be served before I could purchase my books.
