Consulate General of Jamaica

This office need a totally review and reshuffle of it staff. The Sevice is put and unproductive. For the short time this office is open the waiting time should be the same. But most interesting having my passport sent for renewal in six week as specific by the office was not the case. After eight week I called and ask after spending 30 MINUTES to talk with someone I was told it did not returned . Reason unknown but was told a supervisor will call. That did not happen so I call after another week and was told there was a error on my form. This is unacceptable when my information is available to let me. Shame on you all. Mr Minister you need to review your office operations. The review is very very poor.
