Cardinal Cleaners

The best thing going for Cardinal Cleaners is their location, which is very convenient for those of us in Manlius. I would say that their prices are average, and most of their employees are very friendly. My only complaint is that they tend to close a good 5-10 minutes ahead of their published times. There have been at least a few occaisions where I have rushed to get there by 9:00pm, only to have the door locked at 8:55pm. One time I arrived at 8:45pm, but was told that I could only pick up my laundry if I was paying with exact change, because they had already balanced the registers for the day. If there was another cleaner in town I may have decided to make the switch, but because there is not, I am a bit more lenient. I have been using them for about 15 years, and there has only been one item in that time period that they lost, and they did reimburse me for the item via a credit against future cleaning bills. Over the past year or so, the counter help has improved.
