Grace Avenue Park

The kids love this firefighter themed park. Be careful not to leave your belongings unattended on benches while watching your kids. My cooler bag was stolen by a woman with a small child! She and her child were the only other 2 people at the park at the time besides from our friend. They kept crowding around the bench where I had my cooler which I thought weird but didn't think they'd take it. I turned around to look at my son and my cooler was gone as well as the woman.

There's not much to say about this park other than it is a park, there are trees, and parking is not easy. I suppose for residence of Great Neck it's nice but as a visitor it was annoying to try and find a place to park. It is conveniently located near a shopping center and many apartments so residents probably have a better idea of the benefits, but for a random Traveler there are better places to visit in Nassau County
