If I could give less than one star to these rude unprofessional women I would. I rented a pontoon boat for 2 days. We didn't pick it up til afternoon on Friday. The woman at the counter went over all the paperwork and told us we had to have it back by 3pm on Sunday. On Sunday morning some witch called and wanted to know where the boat was!! I told her we were told to have it back by 3pm on Sunday and would be returning it soon. She responded with "it was on your paperwork by 5 on Sat!! she was very unreasonable and unpleasant as we explained our confusion over what was written and what was verbally explained by their woman who rented it to us. I would suggest to anyone to not do business with this place as they do not know what they are doing, have no class, and no business sense as they surely do not have a clue how to keep a customer happy. Will never spend another cent here, and will tell all our Sandy Pond friends to avoid Greenpoint Marina as well!! I am not used to being treated in such an unprofessional manner after spending $320+!! Pete B.
