I bought a Subaru Impreza about 6 months ago, and the reason I waited to write a review is because any dealership or salesman can seem decent enough to talk you into buying a car, but it is after the sale that really shows the level of customer service. Since I bought my Impreza I have had no problems until the start of the summer when I tried to use the AC. Found out the AC did not work. I contacted Mike (my salesman) and within minutes I had Tina (customer service) calling me to get me in the shop the very next day with a loaner car to take with me at no charge. Car was fixed in one day with zero problems. I will definitely be referring anyone looking for a vehicle to Royal Nissan Subaru due to the customer service proved by Mike and Tina. Thank you!
