Macy's

I bought a Samsung sport watch from the Macy's at Colonie Center, it was not in stock so they ordered one and sent it to me in the mail. When I received the watch it was obviously used, the band was gray (it is suppose to be black), all the accessories were thrown in the box and there was no plastic on the bezel. When I went to the store to return it they told me I would have to return it to the store that it came from (it came from a store in Virginia). I let them know that I purchased it from them and that they were responsible for refunding my money. After going back and forth for awhile the one of the many department managers agreed to take it back and order me another one. The second watch arrived, again used, it had dog hair in the box and smelled like bad cologne. This one is going back, done buying anything from this company. They lowered their standards and don't care what the customer receives. If you are looking to buy any type of smart watch avoid this place and go to Best Buy. Update- Went back to the store to return the second used watch that Macy's sold me. The department manager, Daniel told me he would not take it back because it was used, I reminded him that it was shipped that way. He went on to say that gets to make the final decision if he takes something back. I finally convinced him to swap it out for another one. He tried being slick and gave me a returned one (has the return sticker on it ), this is after another employee showed me a new one in a sealed box, it was better than the one I had so I took it plus Daniel told me it was the only one they had. Stay away from this store, they are unethical and could care less about the customer. Again, go anywhere else.
