TERRIBLE customer service. It took me weeks to get a return phone call from these people. When I finally did, they couldn't meet with me while I was in town to finalize my destination wedding plans. I attempted again a few more times to get in touch with them to set up a different appointment, with no results at all. No return call and attempts via email proved futile. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone in need of exceptional customer services. After all, if a client is paying for services, or is a prospect client, I would expect those people to be diligent about displaying the best customer services! If this is the way they treat a prospect client, I would have hated to hire them and have them treat me this way on my wedding day!!!!
