We have used their Hot & Spicy Sauce for years & have never had a problem receiving the order. In November, 2017 we ordered a case. Our check was cashed, but we never received the sauce. I have emailed & have not received an answer. I have phoned but cannot leave a message because "the mailbox is full." What is going on???
