5 Oct 16, 2018 Shelly Ingraham Overlook is a quick, steep, crowded climb to a fire tower included in both the Catskill and Adirondack fire tower challenges. I find winter to be the best time, as the crowd gas thinned considerably. Beware unprepared hikers in all seasons.
