Advanced Dermatology P.C.

Same story as the others with the horrible receptionist. Called to try and make an appointment and was greeted by an attitude asking what I was calling for. I tell the receptionist and she immediately puts me on hold, but actually just puts the phone down and returns to a conversation. The conversation ends and it's just silence and some office background noise for over 5 minutes so I speak up and say "hello" again, and she picks the phone back up, asks me why I'm calling and as I'm answering she hangs up on me. Is this for real?
