Very POOR Customer Service and Support. I have tried to get information from this firm for 3 months and all I get is the account was closed and they said they could not provide any information. Staff is very rude and seemed to be bothered by an inquiry. Hopefully management will recognize these issues. This happened to me every time I called (4 calls). DO NOT USE THIS FIRM !!!!!
