Stop & Shop

I bought a steak from this Stop&Shop yesterday, Mar. 16th, 2018, for 13.49$/bl. It's packed on the day before yesterday, Mar. 15th. I kept it frozen all the time but when I was going to cook it just now, some parts of it has already turned black and smell really bad. This reminded me of what I saw yesterday. There are many not-fresh meat and steak on the shelf, parts of which have already turned black but they were still selling it. I started to feel disappointed about Stop&Shop. Sad.
