No communication between departments or from the front office to the kids. No one knows what is going on and as a result the parents are given wrong information and then made to feel stupid for not knowing. I was given false information about everything from the recital to naptime and the front office treated me like I was an idiot for getting the information wrong. It wasn't until I was talking to other parents at a birthday party that I learned that they were given the wrong information as well. Ever since the son (who lives in California and has nothing to actually do with the school) took over everything has gone downhill. You may like the teachers, but none of them seem to last more than a few months. My daughter was in the preschool program last year and saw 5 teachers come and go--and the same with dance. Then they changed the schedule due to the change in teachers which resulted in my daughter not receiving dance at all which no one bothered to tell me. By the time I found out, my 3 year old had one month to learn her dance for the recital that I had already bought the costume for. I would never send my child back there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
