Horrible service. I come in at least twice a month for orthodontics and dentistry. The wait time is always 30 minutes or more. The past four times I have been here I have waited over 2 hours for EVERY VISIT. Then you sit in the back for another 30 minutes to be seen and everything is done in 10 minutes. (Typically all I need done is a retie and tightening of the braces. Today I scheduled an emergency visit for the swelling and pain of my gums and I am waiting for two and a half hours now. In pain. It’s a shame I can’t go to another orthodontist due to running out of insurence for braces. I have had braces for five and a half years because the office is so packed and overbooked that I can only schedule reties and tightening for my braces once a month if I’m lucky, at times I went 9-12 weeks between visits when braces should be tightened every 2 weeks to move the process along. Well now I have to stay at this location because my insurance isn’t paying anymore so the orthodontistry is losing money every visit I am seen. They finally have me coming in every two weeks but it’s at the expense of my time. I have to sit and wait to be called. I’m fit in whenever they get a break in the schedule or if someone cancels their appointment. It’s unbareable and I wish I never came to this dentistry in the first place. Absolutely terrible.
