Sterling Optical

Went today to return a pair of glasses that were incorrectly prescribed and are totally useless. When we originally found out that they weren't correct and unusable Matt at Sterling told us we could bring them back and he would note our file. Today we were told that they don't allow returns for any reason. When we pointed out that th here was no sign stating that he said he got it in a memo from one of his bosses. When I asked him who his boss was he wouldn't tell me. Big mistake dealing with Sterling Optical. We trusted them to provide competent prescriptions and they just didn't make it right.
