The Bagel Pit

I work in the service industry so this isn't fun for me to write a less than stellar review, but this is the third time in a row that my order has not been correct/complete. It seems that the days that my orders are correct, the casier is rude, or there is always something that makes me wonder if I'll be returning back. I'll try again to order in the future and change my review to a higher mark if all goes well next time, I know the staff is working hard and is very busy on some days, but please maybe check orders before handing them to to-go (or in house) customers...
