Audi Lynbrook

My family purchased a Q7 this weekend. Gustavo, our sales rep, was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and thorough. I would pay someone on a regular day to sit and wait on hold with my insurance company, never mind with 3 kids in tow at a car dealership. Any snag that we encountered (the insurance cards were printed with the wrong names, our bank was already closed for the day, etc.), was handled quickly and with understanding. Not only were my husband and I treated well, but our 3 boys, aged 4, 8, and 10, were also given respect. The car speaks for itself. I would definitely purchase another one. But the staff at Audi Lynbrook was wonderful. Gustavo and the lovely woman in Finance were amazing.
