HONEST BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY! Towed my vehicle in snowy conditions to the Fire Stone on Fort Drum for the most competitive price. The driver hooked the tow chain to the only place available on my older car and accidently bent the torsion bar during transport. I told Andy what happened and he immediately stopped in the middle of the day and repaired my vehicle without question. He could have easily denied that my vehicle was damaged by his driver because of the vehicle's age, instead Andy and his mechanic fixed it personally while I waited in his shop. This repair would have cost me close to $300 to repair at the dealer, Precision did it free of charge and quickly!
