Oneida County Motor Vehicle

The call service is incredibly terrible. I've called over 50 times in the last hour and no one has answered. I'm highly disappointed. They over charged my account, they said it would be in my bank account the next day and it wasn't. Trying to get the situation resolved is highly difficult if they can't answer their phone.
