I called NH Ross not far from me regarding a problem I’ve been having with my thermostat. I had tried to replace the thermostat with a wireless NEST thermostat myself unsuccessfully. The receptionist was lovely and took a little information from me and called me back within an hour. She told me she was sending service pro Nick C. to take a look, that he was not far from me. Nick gave me three options but because I want my Nest I went with that one and the labor will cost a little more but I have 2 systems. I would need the common wire and it would take a little longer to complete the job, but because I work nights I am having the work completed in a couple of days so I will be first call. I like Nick, he is very professional and knowledgeable and the response time is fantastic. Will continue with my review in a few days.
