ordered from Tony’s on w ridge and all I had was attitude from the person on the phone. I ordered a boneless wing dinner and it took forever to get to me, then when it got here my sauce wasn’t in the bag. So we had to call back and get more attitude from the lady on the phone, just to wait 45 extra minutes for the sauce.
Sue the manager @ Tony's On Ridge is all about customer service. I couldn't get through to Tony's on Ridge, due to phone issues. Tried calling a few times. While I was on the phone with Tony's on Dewey; Sue called me from HER OWN CELL PHONE. This shows great initiative! I don't know anybody that would have done, what Sue did. Tony, I really hope you reward her amazing customer service. Seriously, I yearn for every business to have outstanding customer service, like I get from Tony's on Ridge! Love by this place! Very reasonable! Wonderful staff! Love you, TONY'S ON RIDGE!
