We contracted with Top Notch to fix cracks in our ceiling and walls that kept coming back. Vincent came right away to do an estimate, returned when he said he would to do the work, completed the work on time and managed things so that there was almost no clean-up for us to do. The work is beautiful - we are very pleased.
