The staff is amazing!! After my car was broken into, and the driver’s side front window completely smashed in, the receptionist calmed me down on the phone, and got me in the next day to get it fixed. There was a TON of broken glass in the car, and they vacuumed it out so thoroughly. They even removed the mats and got under the seats and in the backseat! I know this because when I got in the car, they had placed a chapstick on the passenger seat..that I had lost months ago under the driver’s seat. I was so relieved to have such thorough and professional individuals work on my car, especially after the awful feeling of having it broken into and having my purse stolen.
