Safelite AutoGlass

A giant rock hit my windshield and it was clearly very startling! I chose to call Safelite over my insurance company only to be directed to my insurance who then made me make an appointment online with Safelite. I called back and spoke with the same wonderful service agent I originally had and she we helpful and reassuring. I had to get my windshield replaced 3 times because the new model of my jeep has known issues with the settling glass fracturing. Each time I simply called them and they sent someone to my aid and each tech was nicer then the last!
