I had an appointment at 6:15. I quickly got in to see the doctor and he was very pleasant and attentive. He actually really sharpened my prescription more than any other eye doctor had before, since he took his time in checking during the actual exam. Waiting for my insurance information took a bit because I was working with a newer employee, but I didn't have to be anywhere and let's be real -- it's a doctor's office no matter how you look at it. Visits take TIME, people. The staff that I worked with were VERY polite and nice, we held conversation (more than just the awkward pleasantries) and it was an overall enjoyable experience. In all of my years of wearing glasses (since I was about 12), this is the best office that I have been to.
