This office is a truly professionally run office. From the front desk staff you encounter upon arrival, to the opportunity to ask any questions you may have or voice any concerns about your visit upon leaving. This office is no joke and places a high value on both patient care as well as quality of work. I was impressed top to bottom on my first visit. As a person who does a “fair” job of maintaining good oral hygiene, upon being seated with my hygienist, I immediately felt like I was in an office that genuinely cared about my concerns and not the cap level of my insurance. I have a positive history with Lynann, my hygienist, who I have a history with in another office. This was nothing new to her as her office may be. She was far from a “fish out of water”, the opposite in fact. She relies on many years of experience in several areas of dentistry and runs her room as if she’s been there for years. The dentist I saw was Dr. Kiehl, who has a highly relaxing manner chairside, and put me quite at ease as this was my first time in a dental office in a little longer than I’d like to admit. Her exam was very thorough and she and Lynann worked together like a well oiled machine. I look forward to my return visit and moving forward in a positive direction with confidence that this office refuses to treat me like a paycheck and 110% as a person. A breath of fresh air in the health field as of late... Kudos to 1st Advantage and the top shelf staff at Quaker Road Queensbury !!!!
