I was long overdue for a visit. I received a call from Samantha and made an apointment. At the Graham Rd. office in Ithaca NY. When I arrived I was pleased with my whole experience. The new office was nice and welcoming. However, it was Samantha's professional demeanor and pleasent personality along with her attention to detail and sharing of knowledge that made the visit so nice.
