Maplewood Garden Apartments

These apartments are really cute and conveniently located within the Syracuse area. Lots of green space throughout the complex to make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Management is professional and friendly, the grounds and apartments are beautiful, maintenance is prompt and thorough, the pool in the summer is very nice and well managed, the neighborhood is very quite and there is a nice community feeling here. Pets are welcome which is a great plus for many people. Also the option to pay rent online is a nice convenience. The drawbacks: parking during winter, they increase the rent alot more than any other complex I ever lived in and I did have alot of ant problems, not alot of storage (there is an extra charge for a small utility sized closet but you would think for 10$ a month, it would be included especially for the higher rents). Despite the drawbacks I think this place still deserves five stars.
