Management is good. The maintenance staff is very responsive and will usually fix whatever you need fixing the very same day. For example I had a loose faucet handle and a carpet tear and both were fixed in the same day. There was also an electricity issue which they had to bring in National Grid for and shut down the electricity for 5 days. On the second day they brought in a generator for power and refunded the tenants for those 5 days of rent. My advice however is do not rent a basement apartment because they are susceptible to mold and mildew...the bottom of the heaters are always damp and this contributed to an unpleasant smell in my apartment. Otherwise I have no complaints.
