I don't know why so many bad reviews. I visited here today for the first time and it was quite a pleasant and fast visit. I'm going to assume most of the people that come here are probably in a bad mood caused by a summons or parking ticket. I understand it's frustrating to get a parking ticket or summons but the people here are there to help and if you speak to them nicely they will respond nicely. Anyways was in and out 7 minutes easy peasy. Also my ticket was dismissed do to evidence proving I was in the righter way! FYI if your going to dispute a ticket here bring hard copy evidence photos are a must!
