My overall experience was simply outstanding. We woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat from a 31 year old furnace. Within one hour of calling we received a call from Dan Duffy (sales) and he came over to show us our options. The earliest we could get an install was the following Monday. Dan also brought us two brand new space heaters to get us through the weekend. Way above and beyond to keep us warm. Our new furnace was installed and operating by 4pm Monday afternoon. Rick and Josh performed the work to perfection. They did not leave until they explained the operation of the new furnace and answered the many questions I had. It was a pleasure to have them as they were just first class. I will also add that I dealt on different occasions with four of the office personnel who were extremely courteous and friendly to me. I have to say this is one fantastic company.
