Nice location close to Southampton easy to get to all the Hampton Villages and the beaches. The property looks beautiful has all the right touches. Nice pool, huge resturant and trendy bar area. Clean rooms, tho ours was missing the linens. Excellent complimentary breakfast. The problem is that the Motel seems to be a front for the more profitable bar and resturant. The motel guest are not pampered. The noise from the bar area flows easily into the rooms. The staff are inattentive and poorly trained. The rooms have some maintenance issues like constantly running toilets, poorly maintained AC units, broken window locks. Avoid weekends.
