Flooded 3 days after a Nor'easter. This place is gradually being abandoned due to sea level rise. Probably never should have been built on in the first place. Climate change is upsetting many lives.

The marina is in dire need of repair or better yet remodeling. This place is always flooded, even by the slightest bit of rain and doesn't appear to have been worked on since the 80's. Fema maps show the entire area and half if the town under 3-6 feet of water during a surge and this Marina can be the towns savior in that, but as of yet nobody has the intuition, funding or drive to fix it!
