SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

Horrible customer service. This is the second time I had scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed ahead of time and will be the last time I ever go there. I call yesterday to schedule a 10am appointment for oil change and inspection (I have been bringing vehicles here for 8 years because they are lowest price synthetic in the area). I arrive today at 10am for my scheduled appointment and the mechanic meets me at my car. I explain to him I am arriving at my scheduled time for oil change an inspection. He tells me "well there is a 1.5 hour wait on inspections and I can't start the oil change for another hour". I say "are you serious the oil change bay is empty and I have made an appointment to avoid the wait". He gives me attitude and says well that's what it is. I explain I have work today and other things to do and he didn't seem to care.
