Orkin Pest & Termite Control

Mike for Orkin in the Southern Tier of NY has been incredible. He has gone above and beyond in all of the assistance he has provided. He was always timely in his 3 visits in dealing with our mice issues. He even offered to come a third time for no charge just to make sure I was happy. I was a little hesitant to pay for a pest control service, but Mike's service has made me seriously consider continued ongoing services with Orkin. Thank you for all your help! Orkin, please recognize Mike for his hard work. He knows how to treat a customer with high standards.

Lee was very friendly and helpful. He had me walk around with him as he showed me where most of the problems were. He laid down some snap traps in the problem areas and explained that some areas would need an exclusion..(gaps that needed to be filled). I was however, under the impression that there would be some live traps, or other special traps put out and emptied every 2 months or sooner, (according to Matt whom I spoke to on the phone), whom was also very pleasant. I would have liked to have had that done as well as if we knew it would just be snap traps for the time being, we could have done that ourselves. However, as I said, Lee was very nice and so was Matt.
