Durf's Tire/ M.J. Autocare

We took our car in to have a wheel alignment, and NY state inspection performed. Upon returning at 1pm as told, for pick up, the inspection had not been done. The car had been parked outside unlocked with keys in the ignition. After investigation, we found that 1 worker remained locked inside working on his own vehical after hours. After repeated banging on windows and doors, he finally comes to the door so I can express my extreem disatisfaction, and demanding to learn how I can get ahold of Durf! I explained that I was scheduled to leave for Georgia at 3pm that day and needed the work performed that I had requested and scheduled the prior week. He called him at his home, and Durf came to the shop an hour later. Now 2pm! My car was taken into the shop, and returned 40 min later to me in the front of the building. The inspection had not been done, but they had changed the oil, and checked all the fluids, and handed a bill for $59.86 Durf stating the car was ready for its out of state travel... Needless to say I was livid, it was now 3pm and still un-inspected! I was told that the bill must be paid for oil change and the car could not be removed until the bill was paid in full or the police would be called PAID THE UN-NECASSARY BILL AND LEFT WITH MY UN-INSPECTED CAR! DO NOT TRUST THESE UNQUALIFIED SCAMERS TO WORK ON YOUR PUSH LAWNMOWERS, MUCH LESS YOUR AUTOMOBILE...
