I bought a lovely prom dress and got a lot of help here from one of the workers (a lovely woman who talked to me and joked, and was full of positive help and opinions). HOWEVER, my other friend had a different experience. A different worker (not the one I worked with) after she had requested to try on a dress, looked her up and down and asked what size she was. When she said fourteen, the woman walked into the back for 20 minutes when my friend was the only one in the store and came out with a size sixteen and looked at her and said "I brought you the biggest size we have, I don't think it'll work for you so don't force the zipper or you'll bust it" so, even though I got great help and a beautiful dress, beware they may not be willing to work with everyone.
