SEPHORA inside JCPenney

For the most part I really enjoy this location, and I am glad that they are updating the brands they carry in store - Anastasia Beverly Hills for instance was not available at this location last year, now it is. I'm not sure what's going on with their phone number. When you cal the JCPenney main number, right now there is no extension to Sephora, which is oddbecause they used to. Now you have to ask the operator to connect you, and they never answer the phone. Which isn't Sephora's fault - JCPenney needs to get ontop of that.
