They have the WORST, I repeat, WORST service imaginable. I am currently sitting in their waiting room for over an hour waiting to pick up paperwork for daycare. Throughout my over 1 hour wait, I was told 2 times that "I forgot about you, what were you waiting for again?" And had to explain my reason for waiting over and over again. Now I continue to wait, over 1 hour and 20 minutes. This is not the first encounter with poor customer service, but it is the last straw and I will be leaving this practice.
