I will no longer be a customer of this shop after my experience with the owner Steve Allen on 12/14/17. On 12/2/17 I purchased a Fujikura shaft for my son's Cobra F7 driver. Apparently the employee who cashed me out made a mistake while charging my credit card. I was given a receipt for the correct amount which comes from the computer, not the credit card machine. On 12/9/17 I received a call from another of Steve's employees Taylor, who informed me that I actually paid less for the shaft than what my receipt stated. Steve wanted me to come into the store and pay the difference. Taylor conveyed my message to Steve that the business should "eat" the difference as the mistake was not mine, but that of Steve's employee (Difference of $60). I offered to pay "some" of the difference only because it was going to cost me gas money to return to the store when the mistake was their's. Steve later called me and did agree to "eat" the difference, but tactfully told me there were other locations in the area where I could buy golf clubs. I will take his suggestion and shop elsewhere. It's interesting to me that one of the previous google reviews is from the owner Steve.
