I have no idea who this doctor is, yet she took it upon herself to deny a refill of Levothyroxine, without calling the patient. I have Hashimoto's disease, a non functioning thyroid gland, and this drug keeps me alive. If she is filling in for someone on vacation it it her duty to inform the patient that she is denying life-saving medication. This doctor is beyond impersonal, completely unprofessional and, clearly cares zero about patients. I cannot caution anyone enough from having any dealings with her. I gave her a star... I have no idea why. She doesn't deserve a black hole... not a bit of dark matter, a star indeed. I'd go to Dr. Mengele before Brigitte Mueller!!!
