If I could give a more negative rating I would. Almost a month ago now, while my brand new vehicle was parked directly in front of the store, my vehicle was purposely damaged by another customer. After calling the police and having them finally be able to look at the security footage, we were told that not only is there only one camera on the property that would have view of my vehicle, but that said camera was also out of commission for over 12 hours when this incident occurred. I have called corporate numerous times since then, at least four separate times at different times of day, to speak with someone regarding this seeing as they would not tell me why it was that this sole camera was not working at the store. As I mentioned, I have left numerous voicemails requesting a call back after speaking with a woman after the second time I called corporate only to be told she would call me back, although that call has yet to come. Through this experience I have learned how unprofessional and irresponsible of a business Express Mart truly is and advise anyone who is thinking of going here for their subpar goods and services to go to a business that actually cares about and respects their customers. Or in the very least, doesn't support crimes and harassment to happen on their premises.
