Mavis Discount Tire

Every time I have come here it takes 3 hours to change tires. The last time I came they lost my wheel lock key and I had to pay another shop to remove the locking lug nuts; when I returned to Mavis to get reimbursed I was informed they are not authorized to give refunds without calling corporate offices, which are closed on the weekends. This refund policy has also caused delays in correcting charges on my bill in the past. Anther time they held me hostage on a state inspection saying I had to replace all the brake pads and rotors due to rust on the rotors. The discount prices here are not worth the aggravation. Don't trust them for any work they say needs to be done.
