This man Anthony Zagarelli is a 100% fraud. His "pest control" knowledge is severely lacking and he is rude, arrogant and quite mouthy.
He has NO training or licenses his training was obtained from a mail-order service.
Upon double-checking his "information" on bedbugs it was surprisingly WRONG. After 4 visits they still had the bugs and a bunch of nasty remarks from big-mouth A-Z guy.
He prefers to milk a job using fake "poison" which, in violation of NY laws he WON'T tell you what it is.
Contacted a DIFFERENT and certified REAL expert and they not only stopped the problem with a much more efficient (and super-safe!) powder. 1 Visit, bugs gone!
Do NOT hire this scammer he prefers to milk you and thinks he's "the best" but couldn't rid my sister of her bugs. NEXT bug control guy.... ONE visit and now 3 months later she's clean.
