Customer service seems not to be a priority here. Very rude receptionist, I was billed for extra services and unaware until the bill was sent to me via email a month later. Why email? Trying to dispute my services was such a hassle. I came in to verify a prescription in my second lense, and left with the understanding that I would not have to worry. The receptionist actually laughed at me in such a sassy tone when I called to inquiry why the bill. She huffed and kept putting me on hold. As a manager myself, this lack of phone etiquette is alarming. I would not recommend this place. I no longer am a customer at this place. Still did not receive a call, apology or understanding of the extra charges. I spent well near $900 on two frames and this is how customers are treated? Absolutely not worth it!
